Double room in Victorian terrace close to town

Hi,

I have a fully furnished double room to rent in my 2 bed Victorian terrace. The room also has access to a private balcony.

The house is 2 minute walk from Leamington town center.

The house has a shared garden, bathroom, living room, dinning room and kitchen. There is also a cellar where items can be stored

There is on street parking outside the house, where no permit is needed. I have lived on the street for 4 years and never had any problems parking here.

I own the house and also live there. I am away with work for quite a bit during the week, meaning that it is likely you would have the house to yourself quite a lot. When I am at home, I like to cook and socialise with friends.

The house has recently been painted throughout.

Ideally I am looking for a young professional.

The rent includes all bills and broadband.
