The room in question is on the first floor, a little over 16 square metres, and has a double bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, and a window overlooking the patio in the back. It also has a private bathroom with shower/tub, toilet, sink and cupboard.

There’s Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The shared kitchen is modern and fully fitted (fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The living room is over 17 square metres, has a dining table, couch, chairs, and a big glass door that leads to the patio. All windows have double-glazing and there’s floor-heating. (A new floor which is all wood by the way, no carpet.) A tax disk can be obtained for parking in the beautiful, quiet Clarendon Crescent.

The tenant should preferably be a postgraduate student. There’ll be two housemates, a grad student and a young professional. You’ll find they’re quite nice.
