We are 3 clean and tidy friends between 24 and 31, all professionals and non-smoking. The former house mate is moving away, so we wish to replace him with someone who will appreciate the friendly and sociable atmosphere.

Located in Central Leamington. The house is a 5 minute walk to the Train station and 5 minutes into town. Morrisons is a 10 minute walk with local shops (including spa) only 2 minutes away.

There is free on-street parking in the area. A permit is required for directly outside (£30 per year, easily obtainable).

The house has its own living room, a separate dining room and a beautiful modern kitchen. It has a large garden with patio and a barbecue. There is 1 central bathroom, an en-suite and a toilet downstairs. In addition we have a basement for storage.

Bills are around £75 a month (Incl. 100mb fibre optic Broadband).
