If you are polite, friendly, clean, responsible, and happy to share with two others, then you fit in well.
Ground floor -A modern and large kitchen, which includes cooker, American fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, There is a separate dining area, which includes dining table and chairs.
All bills included in rent (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband & TV)
NO INVENTORY OR RESERVATION FEES TO PAY.
Ideally to be taken by 4th February 2026
