Here at 139 we like to think that the key to a harmonious life and household is healthy balance.

-Although we don't have a regimental cleaning rota or shoe rack by the front door, if something needs doing we all muck in together.

-Although we don't track each others iPhone's 24/7 or follow each other around like lost lambs, we do enjoy the odd night out together and making use of the communal living room.

-Although we don't tend to throw “Project X” style parties on weekends, it's not as if we are members of the local chess club either.

Current household – 3 dudes and 1 chick (sort of) who share interests in traveling, winter sports, fancy dress costumes, pub quizzes, zombies, music festivals, good coffee, geocaching, banana pilates and finding new interests.

The Nitty Gritty -

We have 1 shower/bathtub between 6 of us (this has never been a problem in the past, everyone seems to shower at different times) We have 2 toilets, 2 kitchens, 1 fairly big living room and a decent sized garden for those summery BBQ's.

Room #1 – Large double room, high ceilings, on ground floor, sharing spacious kitchen with 2 other house-mates.
£300 a month inclusive of all bills & council tax.

Room #2 – Cosier double room, high ceilings, on 1st floor, sharing spacious kitchen with 2 other house-mates. £300 a month inclusive of all bills & council tax.

Both rooms are back bedrooms so are completely main road ruckus-free. Both are available from 15th October and require a £200 deposit to secure.
