Double Unfurnished Room Central Leamington Spa

Hi there,

I'm looking for a housemate to occupy the spare double room I have in my flat. I'm the owner, and also live in the flat.

It's a first floor flat, just off the bottom of the parade, so great for access to central Leamington and the train station is approx 7 mins walk. The kitchen overlooks the boating lake and Jefferson Gardens.
The room is a good sized double, with a wardrobe built in. The room is unfurnished.

There is a kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and living room/ dining room space with balcony doors and also a small outside balcony space. The flat also has a communal garden.

I have broadband internet and freeview. Electric heating. The kitchen has a fridge and washing machine (no dishwasher or dryer though I'm afraid!) and the flat is decorated in a neutral style.

About me:
I'm a 31 year old female, and from the local area, I work within the exhibition industry, which can sometimes mean I'm back late, or working away for short periods. I enjoy my work, but love going out with my friends locally or having them around for dinner or drinks, running and travel.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy, social housemate, but also someone who respects the other persons privacy.
