Student Room in Leamington available from January

Looking for a student to join a friendly house in South Leamington with six University of Warwick students. The current housemates are five girls and one guy, second and third year undergraduates.

The double room is furnished with a bed, a desk, and built-in wardrobe.

The house has 2 bathrooms, double-sized kitchen, and cozy shared living area. There's an outside courtyard with a washing line. There's plenty of on-street parking.

It's located in a nice and quiet street, with a number of shops and pubs nearby. The Eagel Rec park is very close and central Leamington is a short walk. It's near the start of the unibus route, so you will always get a seat.
