Hello,
I have a large double room available in my house, now from early May rather than the previously advertised June (though there's no rush). The area is a standard Leamington Victorian terrace style street and is a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town or the train station. The room is currently furnished with bed and mattress and has a large built in storage area as well as bookshelves, drawers etc. Further furniture including a TV can be provided subject to what you have/need!
The house has a large brand new bathroom with a separate bath and shower, along with a large lounge, kitchen, utility room and dining room, all of which any potential lodger is welcome to use. A washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, Virgin TV and broadband are all available for your use. There is a good sized south facing garden with a BBQ, table and chairs. The street is fairly quiet with houses only along one side and parking has never been an issue - although it is on the street.
I like to have friends over regularly for meals and drinks so I'd like someone sociable who doesn't mind having people around. I do plenty of cooking so the dining room is the main hub of the household. I also have a very friendly 3-legged cat (Thomas O'Malley) so any potential lodgers need to be feline friendly!
The price is fully inclusive of all bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet, tv licence).
On your side, I'm just looking for the standard - someone chatty, polite, clean and tidy who likes to share the odd meal and a drink and who can pay the rent on time. If you are interested or would like further details, please drop me a message.
