Large Double Ensuite Room in North Leamington

Large double room to rent in our shared 1st floor flat in leafy north Leamington. The room has a large built in wardrobe and small en-suite with WC basin and shower.

The flat is in 10mins walk to town, close to bus routes and has ample parking on & off the road. The flat also has a single garage, secure brick shed for storing bikes etc and a small garden for BBQs in the summer. The kitchen has everything that you need with washer drier, fridge freezer etc but space for your things too. The living room has comfy sofas, Vigin TV with Tivo and surround sound.

The other flat mates are all mid 20s – early 30s, 2 girls and 1 guy, all friendly, courteous, welcoming and fun. Everyone gets on well and likes to share the odd bottle of wine, few beers & meal together. The guys have turned into really good friends whilst I’ve been here, but unfortunately i have to move for a new job.

Bills are additional to the rent and shared equally. Including elec / gas / water / vigin wifi / council tax this works out to about £75/month as an average.

What we are looking for – someone, professional, similar age and social. There has always been 2 girls and 2 guys in the flat for a balance, so a guy may be preferred.

NB – Our landlord will charge a months rent as deposit and an admin fee. When I moved in this was roughly £100. I am relatively flexible on moving dates so can fit in with your plans.
