Amazing House Great Location

Large very nice modern house built right at the top of the parade. All the best pubs bars and shops including tescos are a 2-5 minute walk away. You really couldn't get a better location. it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one toilet. This room basically comes with a bathroom to yourself. The kitchen is the nicest you will see in your life with dishwasher 2 fridges washing machine and tumble dryer. An outside courtyard area with bbq for the summer months. Free on street parking.

great house mates and landlord. All working people but are happy to socialise and do fun things.

comes unfurnished but every thing other then a bed is included. Happy to negotiate a price for my bed.
