I have a furnished double room available in Leamington Spa; Monday to Friday and short term rental of a few months would be available if preferred. The house is a lovely 3 bed semi, fully furnished with all amenities and an extended kitchen dining area and separate bathroom and shower rooms. The house has a garden and patio area. Fibre broadband/Wi-Fi are available.
Located in South Leamington the house is ideally located for commuting to Gaydon, JLR, IBM, Wright Hassle and other major employers in the area. The train station is under 5 minutes drive and walking into town takes less than 20 minutes. Acess to the M40 is similarly just a few minutes drive.
I am a friendly, easy going professional person and I am looking for a similar, tidy, professional person to share.
