Spacious room with own bathroom to rent

Hello everyone,

I am renting a room in Leamington from the end of march to August, it is a very nice house with 2 students, an American girl and a French boy. They are both in their final year and are very quiet. I have my own room (very big) with my own bathroom. Double bed with a desk and many furnitures to put your stuff. Bathroom has a bathtub/shower. If you are interested I can give you much more info and send you pictures or you can come whenever to see the house. The address is 7C clarendon avenue, 1 min to tesco and to the bus stop (to go to uni) and the monthly rent is 500pounds, negotiable...
