Room available is the one Downstairs in video - £775 pm all bills included. Your room has an En-Suite which includes Shower, toilet and sink and comes with its own allocated parking space. Its also situated on its own floor very private.

The flat itself is a duplex top floor apartment with each bedroom situated on separate floors making it great for professional sharers.

Its fully gas central heating and double glazed.

There are only 2 bedrooms in total so you will only have one housemate. There is ample off-road parking situated at the front with no restrictions for visitors.

It comes furnished with all bills covered. It also comes with fibre optic broadband, hive heating and Keypad entry bedroom door locks.
