A room has become available to be filled ASAP in a six bed house in North Leamington. The house is a three minute from the Parade and a 10-15 minute walk to the station. Currently there are 2 boys and 3 girls living in the property. On-road parking is available by permit from the council.

We are looking for a friendly, sociable and easy going person who is a Warwick University student. The room available is a double room. The house is spacious and unique with a modern kitchen and spacious living area, six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is served well with U1 bus stops within a few minutes walk as well as close proximity to shops and the Parade.
