Flatmate wanted for 2 bedroom flat, ASAP.

Flat is fully furnished, all kitted out bills internet etc. Need flatmate to help with the cost etc. but happy to manage all finances through myself. Deposit and application fees will be needed (application only paid for if successful). Tennant would be paying less for the slightly smaller room, or could pay £100 more for larger room. As long as you aren't too noisy during the week I'm good.
