The house is located on a quiet and convenient residential area. I am looking for a student or professional person to share a modern semi-detached two double bedrooms house. It is located on the north of L/Spa (near Lillington Avenue). It takes short walking distance to the town centre and bus stop ( esp. to Warwick Uni.) The bedroom is fully furnished and with a new en-suite. There is an off road parking. We are friendly couple and looking for a respectful lodger.
