The room is a large west facing double room at the front of the house. The ensuite has a walk-in Mira sports electric shower, toilet and basin.
The house is conveniently situated in south Leamington, with easy access to main arterial roads and a short drive to the M40. Employees of JLR, Tata and local software and games manufacturers have all found this a very convenient base.
Parking is on street with spaces available close to the house and there is cellar space for bikes.
We are less than a minute's walk from the nearest bus stops and about eight minutes brisk walk from Leamington Railway Station. It is also about a minute from the canal - handy if you are into running!
As well as the room you will have shared use of: a modern well equipped kitchen, with ample cupboard, fridge and freezer space, use of a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the garden (very peaceful and quiet in the summer - watch the swifts and bats).
We are not a party house so would want people to be reasonably quiet, especially after ten and we have some simple house rules eg. dishes are washed and the kitchen is kept clean and tidy.
My partner, who lives in Warwick, is a frequent visitor. As are her two dogs, who are often around, so you must be ok with dogs.
