Large three bed semi detached house in North Leamington.

I am looking to rent this good size, well decorated and fully furnished large double room and to share the rest of the communal space in this lovely large three bedroom house.

Ideally I am looking to share with only one other professional female as a complete houseshare full time tenant 7 days a week, but i would prefer not to share with anyone who does shift work.

However I would consider renting the two smaller bedrooms instead. There is a standard size double and good size single bedroom which could be rented for two separate professionals on a Monday to Friday only basis - the rent for these rooms could be negotiated but probably around £375/£450 per month with bills included - males or females considered.

The (12ft x15ft) large double bedroom has duel aspect windows and includes a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress and plenty of storage including a built in wardrobe - available for full time tenant only for £650 pcm inc bills.

The standard double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws and the single room (currently used as an office) has a built in wardrobe and will be furnished with a single bed and chest of draws - available for Monday to Friday tenants.

The semi detached house is in a quiet area close to Newbold common and within a few minutes walk of Leamington town centre, with easy access to all transport links, trains, busses and motorways - there are two off road parking spaces and plenty of free street parking.

The house has a large shared bathroom, with walk in shower and separate bath plus an additional downstairs toilet.

There are three communal living areas on the ground floor which includes a very spacious kitchen/ dinner that overlooks a long mainly lawned garden with fruit trees, a big shed and greenhouse -the small patio area is a real sun trap (when the sun comes out!).....there are currently two chickens in a large coop at the top of the garden and when the old girls feel in the mood we have fresh eggs daily!

I am an easy going house mate, very clean and tidy and enjoy cooking. I am generally out working during the week day but occasionally work from home. It can be a sociable house on the weekends but it's definitely not a wild party place.

I have included some pictures, but it's definitely recommend to view the house to get a feel for the place and of course see if we would get along as potential housemates.
