The single room available is fully furnished. You just need to provide your own pillows and bedding.

Parking is also available.

Rent also includes washing machine detergent and also use of cutlery, crockery and cooking pans.

I'm a working professional who is sociable and friendly. I enjoy going to the gym and playing sports. Occasionally I do have friends around for social drinks.
