Double room £600pcm bills inc for professionals

I have a double room available for lodgings in my lovely Edwardian house. The room has wardrobe, double bed set of drawers, and a desk and chair. Bills are included. The house is located 15 min walk into leamington spa and the train station and is only 5 min walk to a supermarket. It's easy to get onto the motorway and very close to bus routes. The house has a large garden for the summer, I am a fairly quiet person working as a teacher, let me know if you need any extra info :-) professionals prefered
