Town Centre V Large Double Furnished Room L/Spa

Hello. I have a large (5m x 3.5m), cosy, double room in a central Leamington Spa, period property. All bills are included for £540 per month. This is in a very central location. There are 2 other friendly professionals in the house. There is a female accountant at Warwick University and an web designer from Jaguar Landrover. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sink, bedside table etc. There is a separate kitchen with dining table and chairs, a sitting room with sofa and TV. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate bath. There is an outside backyard and an additional toilet on the ground floor. A cleaner comes to clean communal areas. Wifi is included too.
