Room to rent in quiet flat in leamington £450pcm

Hello i have a semi furnished room to rent in a quiet area of north leamington spa, i have just taken over as lead tenant of the property so need to fill the space left by the old tenant, as mentioned the room is semi furnished (bed, wardrobes, desk) you will have full use of the lounge too as i don't use it, i work a variety of shifts 6 days a week so would prefer someone not too loud and who is reasonably tidy.
