Double room in Victorian house overlooking park

This is a large (4.0 by 3.5 metres) newly refurbished double room on the first floor of a Victorian house in the town centre. The room is light and airy, as it is south facing. All tenants are professionals and appreciate peace and quiet. There are washing facilities in the room, but you will be sharing a bathroom or shower with a maximum of 4 other people. As there is a private road, this is one of the few places in town you can always be guaranteed a free parking space.
