This is a double room, it is fully furnished with hot and cold water in the room.

Beauchamp Avenue is located in North Leamington, and is considered to be one of the best areas in Leamington Spa, The house is about 5 minutes walk to the top end of the parade.

The house is occupied by young Professionals, currently we have a mix of ladies and gents with an average age of about 30 years.
It's a quiet house and conducive to young people who are high calibre professionals, and whilst there are friendships formed the tenants also respect each others privacy.

The rent includes all bills plus a cleaner service so It is a clean and tidy house with parking on the driveway. We are looking for a like minded person to share this facility.
