I have a double room to rent in Lighthorne Heath. Approx 5-10 min walk from JLR/Aston Martin.
I am looking for a tidy/clean, friendly professional who works on day shifts preferably, for rental on a short to long term basis.
There's parking, a furnished double room, your own bathroom, fibre broadband and shared amenities.
I can accommodate Mon-Fri let or a full week let, and also a single person or couple, but please note it would be more £ for a couple.
References from previous rentals or from work required.

I normally request that we meet in person first to decide if we will get on as I'm the live in landlord.
