The house is a large detached in a quiet village location. The village has a co-op which is a 5 min walk away or you can drive to Rugby's ASDA in under 5 minutes.
The kitchen, dining room, lounge, reading/spare room and garden are shared and also cleaned on a weekly basis (tenants pay for the cleaner)
There is no need to bring cutlery, pots/pans. Everyone has their own allocated cupboard and fridge/freezer space in the kitchen.
Fibre Optic broadband is included.
PARKING
Parking is free on the surrounding roads and you will always get a space out front
