Large double room available

I am renting out my double room in my large two bedroom house next to longbridge island. There is parking available and a garden at the back of the property. I would accept cats but no dogs. The price is £650 including bills and this is not to be compromised. I am a flight attendant who works away some of the time so I would like someone reliable, clean and trustworthy.
