We even have a twice-daily bus service heading both North towards Stratford & South to Banbury.
The house has had a full internal & external refurbishment during the last few years and sits on a generous plot with numerous tiered gardens, a pond, summerhouse, small orchard & paddock.
I have three reception rooms including a private lounge and a kitchen diner with an AGA and utility room for appliances plus there is plenty of garage and loft storage space.
A bi-weekly cleaning and gardening service of all private and communal areas is included in the rental cost.
Each tenant can enjoy off-street parking, full use of the whole property and wi-fi at no extra charge.

King Size Bedroom (AVAILABLE) as per the picture with pink curtains is also fully furnished with fitted double-double wardrobes and has EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO THE FAMILY BATHROOM that includes a shower and large tub.
I'm happy to add/remove furniture as required. All bills are included and there is oodles of hot water from a pressurised cylinder. Note: £25 extra per month if you’re working from home 100%. A hybrid working pattern incurs no extra charge.
