Ideally located for JLR/Aston Martin (15 mins). Quiet, child free house in Loxley Village which has an excellent pub, is 10 minutes drive from the M40 and only four miles from Stratford upon Avon.

Furnished double room (for single occupancy), with Wardrobe and shelving space. Private Lounge with sofa, desk, chair and smart TV. Private shower room for sole use. All three rooms are next to each other in one area of the house so it's almost a self contained unit. Light rooms and open views.

All rooms are furnished to a high standard with new, quality furniture. Well equipped communal kitchen and dining area, with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and dryer.

Sunny south facing garden with patio and outdoor lounge, The garden catches the evening sun and previous tenants (and myself) have very much enjoyed this sunny aspect after work, often with a glass of something! The outdoor cabin/lounge is a great chill out zone too. Off road parking and good broadband speeds.

Would suit a professional person who likes a calm household, Sunday night to Friday morning is a strong preference. I can be flexible about occasional weekend working.

Sainsbury's and the usual array of take away restaurants are less than five minutes drive in Wellesbourne.

I am an upbeat, easy going person and I get along with most people. Naturally, I would prefer to share with someone who considers themselves to be clean and tidy!

Several previous tenants have worked at JLR, finding the 15 minute commute trouble free as it's cross country. I've also had people stay here who have worked in Warwick and Coventry. I travel with my own work so may not always be here myself.

Price includes all bills and regular cleaning. Bedding and towels are also included and will be laundered every other week.
