Rural location, excellent road and rail networks. Equidistant (approx 8 miles) Coventry / Leamington Spa / Warwick / Rugby.
We are a married professional couple (still working), with two grown-up children - living independently elsewhere. We are sociable, but not expecting a lot of contact.
This is a Monday-Friday let and we assume that someone wishing to take this up will (broadly) be working 'office' hours. (You can leave personal belongings - ie you don't have to clear the room every Friday. Just mentioning this because we have seen some Monday-Friday lets where landlords do AirBnB at the weekends. We are Monday-Friday because we want the house to ourselves at the weekend).
We have had a mix of lodgers - some just staying for a few months whilst relocating; but just as many staying more long term. The lodger leaving us now came 3 years ago.
