Double room in lovely village location!

I have a double room available mon-fri or 7 days per week

There are two large built in wardrobes, a double bed with mattress, bedside table and potentially room for a small desk. The room overlooks the garden and a lovely old windmill!

I do have 2 friendly dogs- a staffy x rottweiler and a greyhound (both neutered girls), who love cuddles and are not left long in the house alone (unless I’m popping to the shop etc). They stay downstairs so are not allowed upstairs around the bedrooms etc

There is a shared bathroom with a bath, heated towel rail and power shower

The kitchen is large with lots of storage, microwave, oven and grill, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer

There is a porch area to hang coats and put shoes etc

Garden with patio area and shed with space available (no back gate)

Must drive due to rural location. There is a bus service you can request but there isn't a regular timetable. There are lots of lovely walks, pubs, towns and shops nearby

I am friendly and happy to socialise, but equally happy to give you space!
