Lovely Double Room

I currently have a spare room to rent in my house located in the Horeston Grange area of Nuneaton. Its a 3 bed detached on a quiet cul de sac with a huge park at the back. It has a lovely garden for chilling and summer bbqs! I work full time for an aromatherapy company and in normal circumstances spend a lot of my weekends out or away. I am really chill, laid back, enjoy a glass of wine and a good trashy tv series and having rented rooms up until I bought this last year try make it as equal as possible. Looking for a female housemate.
