Rooms to rent

I have a double bedroom room for rent with lockable door. Bedroom is part furnished with a sofa bed (can be moved if have one has own bed) wardrobe and chest of draws.
Single bedroom, lockable door, unfurnished.

The house has big garden & shed. The bathroom will be shared between the two tenants. (I have my own bathroom)
Kitchen, lounge & dining room will be shared with myself. Parking on the drive or road parking. CCTV outside around the house. Smokers must smoke outside the property, no smoking in any rooms.

One is to be responsible for their own cleaning duties. Due to covid 19, one must be responsible to ensure they are following the government guidelines at all times.

One must like animals, as I have two crate trained workingline dogs, so please no interaction with the dogs when I am not in the house. I am a young women with a profession so I will be out the house for work. I am quiet & looking for tenants to share bills with.

Rooms will include, rent for the bedroom, council tax, water, gas & electric, TV licence & WiFi.
The house is located close to the town centre, M69, bus station & the George Elliot hospital.
