I am a health care professional looking for lodgers for my spare standard double bedroom.
The ideal lodger would be very organised, clean and tidy and professionals (please not working from home).
A DBS check maybe required.

Both rooms are standard double rooms, with wardrobe, chest drawers bed and mattress
Parking is no hassle, lots of on road parking better still you can use my parking slot in parking garage as I park on the road which I find easier.
BUS stop is 150 yards from the house and 15mins ride into the town bus station where you can connect to any bus depending on where you are going.
