Room to rent

Hi! I’m looking to rent out my spare room in my apartment. Honestly, I’ve been abit reluctant to do this but it’s here now so I’ve posted it. Preferably it would be nice if someone only needed the room on weekends but if u need it more then that’s fine !! Requirements to rent the room are as follows - you have to be a clean and hygienic person, I hate smell and I will not stand for messiness, obviously we will be sharing the kitchen bathroom and living room so don’t leave your stuff around, if u use it, clean it up straight after. I have a dog, he’s a beagle x lab. He stays in my room throughout the night, he’s basically my fricken child so u have to be a dog lover. The room itself is a double room. It’s got all my stuff in there at the minute but I’ll move it all out should anyone take my advert up. It’s all u furnished so bring your own stuff!!
The flat is smack bang in the middle of town, it’s literally 5 mins walk away from train station and shops etc. it’s got a communal garden but it’s not the best lol. Honestly as long as your chilled and laidback but obviously got ur shit together then we’re cool. I’ll wanna meet u first and see what you’re all about before hand and so u can come and view the place and see if this is something you’re interested in and will go from there.
