Rent is all inclusive of bills (£125pwk), for couples that will have a surplus of £25 p/wk extra for utilities. Long term tenant ideal, hopeful friend. (Partner in crime is always welcome as I love some adventurous spontaneousness).

I have a 2 bedroom maisonette situated in Nuneaton, close to A444 and is based on a strong bus route 20 minute walk from town centre/train station and close amenities (ASDA/Sainsburys/Co-op). Solid community of neighbours. Benefits from treadmill and exercise bike.
Available 31/01/2026, the double room to rent is approx 12ft by 12 ft and should be decorated to suit your living needs, if you desire to. It will come furnished.
Viewing allowed and by weekend appointment only.
Full use of the house and facilities are there, excluding my bedroom room. I am looking at rehoming my dog due to the fact of work commitments require me away for longer periods and I do not want that onus on someone.
I am a emotionally regulated and very aware individual, quite grounded maturely. I come from a diverse walk of life and so very open minded. I love adrenaline sports and new experiences and travelling, would love to find a partner in crime for shenanigans and a good banter. I do have a naughty camping ticket going freely in August whats life if not for living, honest, good well intentioned experiences.
I am a very open person with life experiences, I ask the same level of EQ back or at the least, an individual with self-regulation of ones emotional availability, to be balanced for the majority, with an open mind. Be clear with their intentions and have no ambiguity or masks, big pet peeve and enjoy a want to live.
Room to be decorated as required as previously mentioned but is in a good decorative state.
I have a 1 year old Bulldog named Storm, she's a wonderful little terror, in large is managed in my absence by family/neighbors which I pay to walk her whilst at work, so they have access to the property on a timed schedule. When your home if she is not rehomed by the time you move in, is just to treat her like family please, to enjoy some company with you, have a cuddle and a movie together and if you feel you wish to take her up to bed with you she'll love that, but is fine on her own downstairs with TV on.
It is a non smoking household but smoking is ok outside. Open to most walks of life, honest and transparency is essential.
