A deed of no beneficial interest is required and would replace the need for a deposit £300. This is the cost of the document *(means you cannot claim financial ownership on the home or it's value by occupying here). This is to protect the asset.

Rent is all inclusive of bills (£125pwk), for couples that will have a surplus of £25 p/wk extra for utilities. Long term tenant ideal, hopeful friend.

I have a 2 bedroom maisonette situated in Nuneaton, close to A444 and is based on a strong bus route 20 minute walk from town centre/train station and close amenities (ASDA/Sainsburys/Co-op). Solid community of neighbours. Benefits from treadmill and exercise bike.

Available 31/01/2026, the double room to rent is approx 12ft by 12 ft and should be decorated to suit your living needs, if you desire to. It will come furnished.

Viewing allowed and by weekend appointment only.

Full use of the house and facilities are there, excluding my bedroom room. Live in landlady when she's not at work.

I come from a diverse walk of life and so very open minded. I love adrenaline sports and new experiences and travelling.

It is a non smoking household but smoking is ok outside. Open to most walks of life, honest and transparency is essential.
