36 year old female working professional based in Nuneaton.

Looking for a long term tenant one who is both clean, dog friendly and LGBT friendly with an open mind to life and experiences.

Looking to move in on or around the last weekend of October/start of November. (More details below).

*This would be a house share where bills are included.

A deed of no beneficial interest is required and would replace the need for a deposit £300. *(means you cannot claim financial ownership on the home or it's value by occupying here). This is to protect the asset.

Rent is all inclusive of bills (£110pwk) small reduction for helping out with the dog has been included.

Summary:

I have a 2 bedroom maisonette situated in Nuneaton, close to A444 and is based on a strong bus route 20 minute walk from town centre/train station and close amenities.

Available end of October, the double room to rent is approx 12ft by 12 ft and should be decorated to suit your living needs, if you desire to. It will come furnished.

Full use of the house and facilities are there, excluding my bedroom room. I am a emotionally regulated individual, and quite grounded maturely. I come from a diverse walk of life and so very open minded. I love adrenaline sports and new experiences and travelling, would love to find a partner in crime for shenanigans and a good banter.

I am a very open person with life experiences, I ask the same level of EQ back or at the least, an individual with self-regulation of ones emotions to be balanced for the majority, with an open mind.

Room to be decorated as required as previously mentioned.

I have a 1 year old Bulldog named Storm, she's a wonderful little terror, in large is managed in my absence by family/neighbors which I pay to walk her whilst at work, so they have access to the property on a timed schedule. All I ask for the reduction is when your home for her to enjoy some company with you, have a cuddle and a movie together and if you feel you wish to take her up to bed with you she'll love that, but is fine on her own downstairs with TV on. Hence the little rent reduction. I'm looking for a best mate ideally, non judgemental and open minded person is a winner.

It is a non smoking household but I do smoke outside. Open to most walks of life, honest and transparency is essential.
