I often spend weekends away or out with friends, so there are many weekends where the house is especially quiet and you may have more space and privacy to enjoy the home.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with lovely green walking paths and open fields nearby, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful environment.

About the Home

I am a live-in landlord. I previously worked as a primary school teacher and now work as a therapeutic play practitioner and private nanny.
I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and spending time with friends, and the house is generally calm, tidy and relaxed.

My son visits from university during university holidays, he is also quiet and respectful, so the home remains a low-key household.

Looking For
I am looking for a tidy, considerate professional who values a calm and respectful living environment.
I am sociable and friendly but also appreciate personal space and and respect others need for space as well.
During term time I work afternoons, and during school holidays I am generally out at work during the day.

Rent
• £600 per calendar month – bills included
• Additional £40 per month for working from home
• Couples: £1,100 per calendar month
• Deposit: £600

Additional Information
• Basic referencing and ID checks will be completed before move-in
• A standard DBS check will also be completed (at my cost)
• Lodger agreement provided
• The home is best suited to someone respectful of neighbours and noise levels
