Comfortable en-suite double room available in a well-kept, fully equipped three-storey terraced home.
We are live-in professional landlords, a 45-year-old Maths teacher and a 44-year-old paramedic student, offering our spare room in a friendly and respectful home.

The Home

The ground floor is communal, with a comfortable living room, corner sofa, TV and dining area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and access to the patio and garden.

Everyone can use the kitchen facilities, including:
oven, air fryer, microwave, two fridges, dishwasher and washing machines. There is also a downstairs WC.

The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms — one occupied by an existing lodger and the other available. We live on the third floor.

We are looking for a clean, respectful and considerate professional lodger who will enjoy living in a comfortable, friendly home.
