Nice sizable clean room, in large 4/5 bed house, on quiet estate, close to local amenities. Within easy walking distance of railway station and Town Centre. Broadband, off road parking(on drive),use of washing machine etc and all bills included. Would suit clean and tidy mature professional person, working away from home during the week, non smoker preferred. Available from 30th January 2017. I also include a professional cleaner once a fortnight. Just a thought, but I can actually accommodate someone needing a room immediately if required as I have another (spare) room available which could be used until the occupant of the other room leaves. Ideally Mon-Friday but other options considered. Contact me for further details/discussion.
