Double room on Bermuda Park

This is a room in a clean and relatively modern 3 storey, non smoking home although smokers will be considered if happy to smoke outside including vapes.

The room is on the 3rd storey, is a double and is furnished with a double bed, set of drawers and large double sliding wardrobe.

The room has a thermostat controlled radiator to adjust the temperature to your own level of comfort.

There is a shared bathroom with 2 others. Downstairs is a lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Sky+ and wifi available.

I am 46, work full time with varying shift patterns and have been house sharing for 10 years. I'm easy going, caring and considerate and like socialising, having fun and chilling out when I get the time.

The other 2 housemates are a couple, my daughter and her partner, who share a room on the second floor and both work varied shift patterns. However, they are expecting a baby in early August and will be staying in the house.

We also run a balloon decor business from home, so the lounge can get a little busy sometimes.

I'm looking for a friendly female housemate that is respectful of others and their belongings, who are looking for a place they can feel at home. My ideal housemates will be similar to myself and be generally tidy.

The house is within easy reach of the local bus routes and motorway network. There is a cinema, bowling complex, gym and a variety of places to eat 15 minutes walk away.
