Double room

Hi

I have a large furnished double room available in the Stockingford area of Nuneaton. Its a detached house in a quiet area close to all local amenities. Easy access to A444, A5 and M6.

The house has a shared living room with large TV and broadband. All bills included except food and phone. shared kitchen has all mod cons.

The room has just been redecorated and has brand new bedding and carpet. Built in wardrobe with plenty of storage

Ideal for tidy and considerate professional.

Smokers are welcome but there is strictly no smoking in the room or anywhere else in the house.

There is a good balance of friendly, clean people in the house and will suit somebody the same. A cleaner comes once a fortnight to clean the shared bathroom but this doesnt mean you can't clean up after yourself
