Lovely double room in new flat

Hello i have a lovely double bedroom to rent in my 2 bed flat.
I am a worker at coventry hospital mon-fri.
The room is available untill the end of april as i have a family member coming to stay with me after that. so would probably suit someone working in the area on a short term basis from mon-fri
I am clean tidy and respect my own aswell as other peoples privacy
I work during the day so the flat would be empty from 6am till 6pm mon-fri

I cook evening meals for myself and dont mind doing so for someone else.

The room comes with brand new double bed, wardrobe and t. v. there is use of a brand new fully equipt kitchen and bathroom. gated private parking available
