Double Room to Let - All Bills Included | Own Bathroom

We’re looking for a friendly new lodger to join us in our 3-bed home in Radford Semele. The room has just been refurbished, furnished with a double bed and brand new mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. You’ll also have your own bathroom right next to the room. It’s technically shared with our guest room, but in reality you’ll have it to yourself almost all the time, we only host guests very occasionally.

You’ll be living with me, my partner, and our lovely dog. He’s very sweet and cuddly but anxious around men, so we’re looking for a female housemate who ideally loves dogs. Because of our dog, the house is not suitable for someone who wants to have guests over as we need to manage introductions and meeting new people.

Both of us work from home, me full time and my partner on certain days, so we do need a a fairly quiet environment during the day.

We have quite a relaxed life, we like reading, boardgames, cooking and I am into my gardening.

The house only a few years old, nicely decorated, located in Radford Semele, right next to Leamington Spa, with excellent access to the Fosse Way and only a 10-minute drive into the town centre. Plenty of country side walks and canal walks, both close to the house. It’s a quiet, safe estate with plenty of on-street parking directly outside the house.
