Double room available with a double ottoman bed in a Victorian property on a sought after street in Leamington Town Centre. The property has high ceilings with many period features (Grade 2 listed property). It is just off the Parade so walking distance to all the shops and transport links. Warwick University bus stop is walking distance from the apartment. There is no minimum contract, it can be on a rolling basis. I am very flexible with regards to term but the lodger needs to be respectful. The deposit and rent to be paid upfront at the start of contract. I am an engineer who had to relocate from London for work purposes. The flat has a calming and relaxing atmosphere. This is my home so the atmosphere is very homey and does not feel like a flat share. I am looking for someone who is very clean and tidy and respectful. This is very important to me and I want the lodger to feel like it’s their home too.

I am very adaptable so can be very sociable, happy to cook together, movie nights, going out etc but can also keep to myself.

Leamington Spa is a beautiful town with lots of shops within walking distance ( 5 - 7 minute walk) to the town centre. There is a retail park very close by. Lots of restaurants and bars. The area does cater for many people. It’s very close to Birmingham and 1.2 hours to London by train. Coventry is very near and also Stratford upon Avon.
It will be very suitable for employees from JLR, Aston Martin, National Grid, lecturers and students at Warwick University or contractors.
