Single Room in Furnished 3 Bedroom Terraced House

Myself and a friend are looking for a third person to join us in our three bedroom house on Princes Street in Leamington Spa. We're two third year students at the University of Warwick. Both friendly and outgoing people and are free to meet before you make a decision.

- Room is a single (fully furnished although the pictures don't show this)
- Shared facilities (one bathroom and one downstairs toilet too, living room and kitchen)
- Close to the Parade and bus routes

Rent is £500 a month not including bills.
