Gresham Avenue is only 10 minutes to top of the Parade and there is a bus stop right across the road, commuting is very convenient. There is also a rear off street parking dedicated to the house, it’s great for commuters.

It comes with a double size bed, nice big IKEA PAX wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers, plenty of room for you own furnitures. Also there is a storage room inside the bedroom so it’s great if you have some luggages.

The room is fully decorated & furnished in a shared house with friendly professionals. New laminate floors just put on throughout the house recently. Also there is fast fibre broadband with full coverage in the house.

Two toilets in the house so there won’t be any wait time.
