Hi, I have a double room available in a shared house of a friendly bunch of professionals, all the rooms are spread nicely over five floors and are fully furnished.

The room is priced at £525. There are three kitchens in the house with the main kitchen/diner having two w/machines and dryers.

This particular room comes fully furnished with TV/ internet points, you would share a bathroom with one other person.

The property itself is only a stones throw from the centre and a 10 minute walk to the train station, the rent includes all bills, council tax and access to the internet.
