Addition brand new 1 BR with kitchen and its own bathroom, dedicated parking with separate entrance and access to Garden is available, cost can be discussed with right person.
Fast virgin network 1 gigabyte with all sports channels, 75 and 65 inch TV's with TV license. Netflix, Disney and Prime. Cul de sac location, parking space for 4 cars. Nice walking track at the back of house if you like walking/jogging.
If you're looking for Mon-Fri, I am open for discussion on rent. You will be sharing the house max with 2 people.
