Bright small double room in L/Spa

I have a small double bedroom available for a 5 day let, in my home for a friendly professional or PhD student in full time employment (Mon-Fri). The room is not adaptable for home working, so please bear this in mind when applying.

I’m looking for a very responsible, mature person who is easy to live with, trustworthy, respectful, clean and tidy, as this is my home.

A newly decorated south facing bedroom is available now. It is always flooded with natural light, as is the rest of my property. I'm biased but I think it’s a lovely room. There is a good sized kitchen/dining room with all the usual appliances, including washing machine and dryer, fridge, etc. Bright bathroom.
My home is spacious and laid out over three floors, with high ceilings throughout and many period features.

The rent (PCM) includes utility bills and wifi. Permit parking available.

The only other aspect that is important to me, is that you need to be very comfortable with large dogs. My dog has free reign of the house as this is their home too. If you’re an animal person then please do get in touch and we can arrange an initial conversation.

I'm an eco-conscious person trying to live as mindfully as I possibly can. I like to come home to a quiet, calm space and spend my time relaxing after a long working day, cooking dinner, etc. I spend a-lot of time with my friends and family, walking my dogs and generally being out and about.
