Single Ensuite room room available now in large house in Leamington Spa. I am looking for someone to take on my room for the next 9 months and am willing to offer reduction in rent so you will pay less than value of room. I have paid up until January so this will be free to you if you are willing to take the room on. I will also pay part of the rent for the rest of the 9 month period (room advertised originally at 625 per month but I will pay part to reduce this for you to 400 per month) Really nice room in good area close to Uni bus stop. Two kitchen areas, laundry, living area and study areas. Weekly cleaner to communal areas.
